Francesco, In my 32 Deepsea, the interior wood is a variety of mahogany called sapele, and when it is "ribbon stripe" (quarter sawn), it is quite beautiful. If you look in the Member photos section here, it appears to me that much of the interior of Kasper Wæhrens' 32 OF is sapele ribbon stripe, as well.
